VALIDATION STATION
YOU do not want or need to change anything that you are currently doing with your baby but there is a voice in your head telling you that what you are doing is wrong or could be done better. All the mis-information could be coming at you from different directions, family and friends, the internet, the GP telling you to commence cry it out or to stop nursing at night, google, the neighbour, whatever it is, you are feeling deflated and you are questioning yourself. You are questioning the sleep training industry. You are considering sleep training because you feel like your at a dead end.
Let's chat, I am here to talk and provide you with information around normal infant sleep, give you a confidence boost that you are navigating sleep and responsiveness appropriately. EMAIL/DM SUPPORT PACKAGE
This package is designed as DIY with no direct phone contact or extensive support periods. You will complete an initial questionaire and once returned you will have a secondary questionaire. You will also need to submit a 3 day sleep log for analysis. From that, you will receive a sleep plan and learning materials tailored for your baby to commence implementation. In terms of support, you will have the option of utilising 3 email exchanges within 6 weeks of receiving your sleep plan in order to discuss a particular concern or troubleshooting assistance. This package is suitable for newborn to 3years. If you have more involved sleep issues or feel that you need closer support, a lean on me package would be better suited. Use the 10 minute free chats to help decide which package would work best for your situation.

GROUP PACKAGES
Whether it's for your mother's group, dad's group, playgroup or friendship group, I can tailor a workshop that suits your needs. These workshops provide an open space to ask questions and have conversations specific to the age of your group's babies with a qualified and certified sleep consultant.
Two hour workshop | Minimum four people / Maximum eight.
$400AUD
Each workshop participant will receive a $100 discount voucher for any Lean on Me package.
PREGNANT?
Are you pregnant and post 36 weeks? It's common to focus on the labour and forget to think about what happens after we bring baby home. Beba Sleep Solutions offers a FREE 20 minute consultation to answer your questions and provide information about your baby's sleep in the first six weeks. You will also get a free information hand out. Consultations must be pre-booked.
